Privacy policy.
Just.In Group (ABN 21 604 484 246) ("JIG", "we", "us") handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you use the Agency Social Audit, join a suburb waitlist, refer an agency or book a session, we collect what you give us. That can include your name, agency name, email, mobile, suburb, your audit answers and score, and details about the agency you refer.
We also record how you found us (for example the campaign link or referring website) so we know which marketing works.
Why we collect it
To show you your audit results, to contact you about JIG's services, to follow up on referrals, and to arrange strategy sessions. If you tick the box for tips and updates, we'll also send you occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. Access is limited to the JIG team. Some providers may store data outside Australia; we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it.
We don't sell it
We never sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with service providers who help us run JIG (like hosting, scheduling and analytics), or where the law requires it.
Overseas disclosure
Some of the services we use to store and send your information (including our website database, email delivery and CRM providers) may store it outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers handle your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
Cookies, Google Analytics and Meta pixel
We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel. They use cookies to understand how people use our site and to measure and show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram. This information is generally not used to identify you personally.
We may also send hashed (encrypted) contact details to Meta when you submit a form, to measure our advertising.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and control ad preferences in your Meta account.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email info@justingroup.com.au and we'll respond within 30 days.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your information, email us first and we'll work to fix it. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
